For Sales Leaders
A forecast you can defend.
Every open deal reviewed before the call, a CRM that matches what buyers said, and new reps who practice before they touch your pipeline.

Walk into the forecast call knowing which deals are soft.
Deal Intelligence reviews every open deal each week and ranks the quiet ones by value. It flags single-threaded deals, missing next steps, close dates moved twice and objections nobody answered.
Each flag cites the call it came from, so a rep can disagree with evidence instead of optimism.
Pipeline and forecastA CRM that says what the buyer said.
CRM Agent runs after every call. It writes the fields, MEDDPICC and next steps with owners, moves the close date with the buyer's reason, and flags anything that contradicts last week. Every value links to the minute it came from. In safe mode you decide what it may change without asking.
CRM hygieneLeo hasn't passed the friendly buyer after four attempts. His manager can see which dimension keeps failing.
New reps ramp on practice, not on your pipeline.
Training plans escalate from a friendly buyer to a hostile one, with a passing score at each stage and certification at the end. You see who has passed what before they carry a live deal.
Hiring runs on the same roleplays. Candidates are scored against your team average and your top performer.
Onboarding and certificationHear why you lost from the buyer, not the dropdown.
When a deal over your threshold is marked lost, voice interviews with the buyer and the rep queue themselves. You get both accounts side by side, and the gap between them names the thing to fix.

How is this different from Gong or Clari?
Gong records what was said and Clari forecasts what might close. Taizen acts on it: writes the CRM fields, books the interview, updates the battlecard and drills the rep. Most teams keep Gong and pipe the call data straight into Taizen.
Does anything reach our reps without a human seeing it first?
Only if you want it to. Every agent output can route through an approval queue before it goes anywhere, and you decide which agents run unattended and which need a person. Most teams start with everything gated and open up the low-risk ones once they trust the output. Every run is logged with its inputs, steps, and output, so when an agent gets something wrong you can see what it saw and why.
Won't reps just learn to game the score?
That's exactly what comparing practice against real calls is for. A rep whose practice scores climb while their real-call scores stay flat is learning to pass the bot, and you'll see it. It's also why we'd advise against tying compensation to roleplay scores. The moment the score is money, reps optimize for the bot rather than the buyer.
How do you handle sensitive deal data?
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. Your data stays in your own region and isn't used to train models. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest; you can delete any interview at any time, and deletions cascade to all derived artifacts: battlecards, roleplays, and coaching notes.
