Every rating points at the moment behind it.

Real calls and practice sessions are scored on one rubric you control. Each rating cites a timestamp, so you play the moment instead of debating a number.

Put a rep's practice next to their real calls and you see whether the coaching transferred.

Coaching on real calls

Coach one moment, then run it again.

Mia, your coach, picks one dimension, plays the moment the evidence points at, and asks the rep what they'd do differently before telling them. Then the rep re-runs the same scenario with the same buyer and rubric, so the comparison is real. You see every debrief and decide what comes next.

Deal reviews that start from what was said.

Meeting Prep sends a brief before your 1:1s and deal reviews: who's new, what changed, which competitors came up and the question this stage turns on.

You spend the meeting on the deal instead of reconstructing it from memory.

Pre-call prep

See who needs help on which deal.

Deal Intelligence flags quiet deals by rep every week, with the call behind each flag. When a deal goes quiet for 14 days, Stalled Deal Nudge drafts a follow-up in the buyer's own words and waits for the rep to approve it.

What does a manager actually do with a score?

Pick one dimension: the lowest, or the one that matters for the next real call. Play the moment the evidence points at and let the rep hear it. Ask what they'd do differently before telling them. Then re-run the same scenario with the same buyer and rubric so the comparison is real.

Who does the scoring, and can we trust it?

An AI judge scores against a rubric you control, and every rating has to cite the exact moment in the transcript it came from, so you can check its reasoning rather than take a number on faith. It's built to be strict: sessions fail, and a failing score with evidence is more useful to a manager than a generous one. Eight frameworks ship in the box, including MEDDPICC, Challenger, and SPIN, and you can describe your own.

How much of a rep's week does this take?

Less than people expect. A five-minute session on one objection, right before a meeting that matters, does more than a half-hour call that wanders or a training block once a quarter.

Does Mia replace the manager?

No. Mia debriefs the rep after every call, so feedback lands the same day instead of at the next 1:1, and you see every debrief. You keep the coaching only a manager can do: which deals to push and which habit to fix first.

Coach the next call, not last quarter.
