For SDR and BDR Leaders
More pipeline from the team you have.
Agents build and verify the lists while your reps practice cold calls against buyers from your target accounts.

What changes for you.
Your reps spend their hours on conversations, not on building lists and guessing at numbers.
Lists built while your team is on the phones.
Ask in chat and background agents search Sales Navigator, check which numbers are mobile, landline or unreachable, and add the right people to the list. Anything that writes or sends waits for approval.
Reps practice the cold call before they make it.
A live voice buyer built from your ICP and target accounts picks up, interrupts and goes off script. Every attempt is scored on your rubric, with the moment each rating came from.

I have about thirty seconds. Who is this and why are you calling me?
Fair. You're hiring three ops analysts. Is that to keep the CRM clean?

Partly. Go on, you've got a minute.

Who else signs off on new tools for the sales team?
Every meeting you book arrives with a brief.
Meeting Prep finds the first meetings on the calendar, pulls what the SDR learned on the call, researches the people and company, and sends the AE a one-page brief before the day starts.
See pre-call prepHire SDRs who can already open a call.
Send candidates one link to the same cold call your team practices on. Each one is scored on your rubric against your own reps: the team average and your top performer. Compare side by side, leave notes, decide.

Pre-call prepA brief for every meeting booked, before the day starts.
Is this a chat simulation or an actual call?
A live voice call. The buyer interrupts, talks over the rep and changes the subject, and handling that is part of the score. In demo scenarios the rep can share their screen, and the share is recorded in the replay.
Can agents contact prospects on their own?
Only if you let them. In safe mode, anything that changes a record or sends a message waits for approval in Slack, Microsoft Teams, email or the Taizen app, where you approve, edit or reject it. You list in plain words what an agent may do without asking, such as verifying numbers and building lists, and what it must never do, such as email a prospect.
How are phone numbers checked?
Every number is checked before it reaches the list and marked mobile, landline or unreachable. Only verified mobiles go on the call list, so reps don't waste a call block on dead lines.
How much of a rep's week does this take?
Less than people expect. A five-minute session on one objection, right before a meeting that matters, does more than a half-hour call that wanders or a training block once a quarter.
Give your SDRs a buyer to practice on.
Four minutes on a cold call with a buyer built from your target accounts.
