Walk into every call already prepared.
A brief in Slack before the meeting, and a rehearsal against the buyer you're about to meet. On the way in, ask Taizen out loud what you need to know.

Rehearse against the buyer you're about to meet.
A generic mock buyer teaches generic answers. Build the buyer from a contact on a live deal and it arrives knowing the account, the stage, what was said on the last three calls and who else is being evaluated, and it will bring those things up.
Add the CFO to the room and the rep practices the conversation where the two of them want different things.

Wants it live before the next quarter starts.
David Park
CFO · economic buyer
Wants payback proof inside two quarters.
From the CRM
Proposal stage · $180,000 · one other vendor in the running
From the last three calls
Raised payback twice. Asked who else uses CRM write-back.
From the web
Announced a hiring freeze in sales last month.
Hear the hard question before the buyer asks it.
The buyer interrupts and goes off script, the way the real one will. Live hints appear while the rep talks, and they can check your product docs before suggesting an answer.

The other vendor says they write straight into Salesforce. Can you do that, or is it another export?
We write back too. Which fields does your team need updated?

Good question back. Then mention that every value written to the CRM links to the minute of the call it came from, and ask whether David will want that for the forecast.

When does the brief arrive, and where?
On the schedule you set, for example weekdays at 7:00. Meeting Prep finds the day's external meetings, pulls past calls and CRM notes, and sends one brief per meeting as a Slack DM. It can deliver to Microsoft Teams or email instead.
Can we practice with a whole buying committee?
Yes, and it's the most valuable scenario. A session can run as a room with several buyers, each carrying their role in the deal rather than just a job title. The rep has to answer the CFO's ROI question without losing the champion who wants speed, and handle the two of them disagreeing. That's the skill that loses deals.
What's in the brief?
Who's in the room and who's new, what changed on the deal since last time, what the last calls covered, and the question this stage turns on. Each point links to the call, email or CRM record it came from.
Prepare for tomorrow's first call.
Point Meeting Prep at your calendar, then rehearse one meeting against the buyer you're about to meet.
