Candidates run the same roleplays your team practices, scored on your rubric against your own reps. Afterwards, they can talk their call through with Mia.

One link, the same roleplays your team runs.
Pick the roleplays and the rubric, then send candidates a single link. Your own reps run the same roleplays as the baseline, so a candidate's score means something before anyone books an interview.
The funnel locks once the first candidate starts, so everyone is scored on the same test.

Benchmark ready: two baseline reps have completed every roleplay.
Compare candidates side by side.
Every dimension of your rubric, for each candidate, against the team average and your top performer. Each rating cites the moment in the roleplay it came from, so the debrief starts from what they said.

Decide with the hiring team, not from memory.
Reviewers leave notes on each candidate and point at the moment that convinced them. The decision sits next to the evidence, instead of a résumé and a friendly interview.

What are candidates compared against?
Your own reps. Baseline reps run the same roleplays as the candidates, and each candidate is shown against your team average and your top performer. The benchmark appears once at least two baseline reps have completed every roleplay in the funnel.
Can we change the roleplays once hiring has started?
No. The funnel locks as soon as the first candidate starts, so every candidate is scored on the same roleplays and the same rubric. If you want a different test, start a new funnel.
Is this a chat simulation or an actual call?
A live voice call. The buyer interrupts, talks over the rep and changes the subject, and handling that is part of the score. In demo scenarios the rep can share their screen, and the share is recorded in the replay.
Who does the scoring, and can we trust it?
An AI judge scores against a rubric you control, and every rating has to cite the exact moment in the transcript it came from, so you can check its reasoning rather than take a number on faith. It's built to be strict: sessions fail, and a failing score with evidence is more useful to a manager than a generous one. Eight frameworks ship in the box, including MEDDPICC, Challenger, and SPIN, and you can describe your own.
